By accessing or using SafeSend websites, interfaces, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use SafeSend.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of SafeSend complies with laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction, including any sanctions, tax, or reporting obligations.

3. Non-Custodial Service

SafeSend provides software interfaces and smart-contract interactions. SafeSend does not take custody of your wallet credentials, passphrases, or private keys and cannot recover lost secrets.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for transfer details, wallet security, device security, and the accuracy of any recipient information, including Safe IDs and addresses.

5. Network and Smart Contract Risks

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You acknowledge risks including smart-contract bugs, infrastructure outages, chain reorganizations, congestion, and volatile transaction costs.

6. No Financial Advice

Content provided by SafeSend is for informational and technical purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SafeSend is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSend and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of digital assets, data, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SafeSend after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
